Need a plumber today? Subject to engineer availability, we may be able to offer same-day priority attendance in Grimsby, Cleethorpes and the surrounding area.

How it works

1. Complete our short enquiry form, including details of the problem, the property address and postcode.
2. We will review your request, location and engineer availability.
3. If we can attend, we will contact you with the attendance charge, our terms and a secure payment link.
4. Your appointment is only confirmed once we have accepted the request and payment has been received.

Charges

A minimum attendance charge applies to same-day appointments and includes attendance within our local service area and up to the first hour on site.

The charge applies whether the visit results in a repair, investigation, diagnosis, isolation or making the situation safe. Materials and any additional labour are charged separately.

We will confirm the charge before offering an appointment. There is no obligation and no payment is required when submitting a request.

Same-day attendance does not guarantee that every fault can be fully repaired during the first visit. A replacement part or further appointment may sometimes be required.

• New Waltham
• Waltham

Requests outside these areas may be considered depending on the engineer’s location and availability that day.
